How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 185 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Health Beauty Care Online Store (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

"I have to tell you how amazing this product was and is. easy to spread, very forgiving if you accidentally got in eyebrows (wiped off easily w damp paper towel) dried on average of 15-20 depending on the amount you applied, how thick….. most of all was super easy to peel off! This product is acne, black head and scar there are 54 three women amazing effect and indicate. Ring tube for my face full cover. This will I ever black head remover found I. It's pretty thickening progress. Dry and peeling. Or oily skin pores to anyone with the. Image is small white skin pores, if you are big car the feeling you cant. I code in large pores and this seems everything clean we designed. Toner with this several days while along the beautiful skin we have.
My face peel off once something is needed, this effect. Eyebrow or face a root pull up is not like unless properly zipper fits will slightly picky requirements. Random hair not from entering the US. But it says as done great product.
"Loved this product. I've used it twice so far and it leaves my skin so smooth. The mask is thick so it takes a little effort to layer on. I washed my face and dried it well. I layered on the mask and it took 20mins to fully dry. Peeling off the mask wasn't difficult at all. It does feel a little tight so i would AVOID your hair at all costs, I'm sure this mask would rip it off. I loved how it removed most of my black heads. The black mask certainly shows all the white heads and black heads visible which is also nice. Overall, will be purchasing again. Highly recommend."
I was actually looking for another product online and this came up as a suggestion. I was quite reluctant due to the low cost and what you get. I AM SO HAPPY I ordered this! Firstly, I love the mask. I used it this morning for the first time. It pulled out so many blackheads from my nose and T-zone.I will definitely be buying this again when it runs out! Five stars!
really liked the mask for my skin issues. It's hard to find products that won't break my face out more. I have really sensitive skin. Also I had to play around for awhile to see how thick the mask needed to be to pull out the deep down pores. I know and understand that not everyone has to put it on thick or thin. You will find out which way is better for you.
For my mixed-type skin, it wasn't as deep-cleansing as I have hoped (and seen in videos) even after opening pores with hot shower+face sauna+hot towel, but it still offered a good result and skin felt good afterwards. I will try powder version next. Can recommend.
The mask is peel off. You leave her 20 min and then you take her out stretching. It leaves the skin very well.
